Coriander

Coriander Seeds have a warm, citrusy, slightly sweet flavour and are widely used in Indian, Middle Eastern, African, and Mediterranean cuisines. They can be used whole, crushed, or ground to add depth and aroma to many dishes.

Store coriander seeds in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Whole seeds retain their flavour much longer than ground coriander.

• Use whole, lightly crushed, or ground.

• Toast the seeds in a dry pan before grinding to enhance their aroma and flavour.

• Add to curries, marinades, soups, spice blends, and roasted vegetables.
