Crushed Chillies

Crushed Chillies are made from dried chilli peppers that have been coarsely crushed, often with their seeds included. They add a bold, spicy kick and vibrant color to a wide variety of dishes.

Crushed chillies can vary in heat, so adjust to your preference:

• ¼ teaspoon for mild heat.

• ½ teaspoon for medium heat.

• 1 teaspoon or more for spicy dishes serving 4–6 people.
