Make Your Own Curry Powder

Combo Contains

• 100g Kashmiri Chilli Powder

• 100g Tumeric Powder (Non Organic)

• 100g Cumin Powder

• 100g Coriander Powder

Suggestion for 50 g of curry powder (adjust to your preference):

20g - Coriander Powder

12g - Cumin Powder

10g - Kashmiri Chilli Powder

8g- Turmeric Powder

Method:

1. Measure all four powders.

2. Add them to a dry bowl.

3. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.

4. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.

How to use:

Use approximately 1–2 tablespoons per 500 g of meat, chicken or vegetables, depending on how strong you want the curry.

Tip:

This blend gives a lovely balance of earthy coriander, warm cumin, vibrant colour from Kashmiri chilli, and the distinctive flavour of turmeric.
